The Location
Val Bregaglia, Switzerland
The Val Bregaglia is a picturesque alpine valley that connects St. Moritz and the northern part of the Swiss Alps to Lake Cuomo and Italy in the south. Small communities, rich in art and history, are embraced by soaring granite peaks and lush forests.
Known for being a training ground for Himalayan climbers, this intense valley of light and shadow is home to world renowned artists. The sculptor Alberto Giacometti was born and lived in the Val Bregaglia, as did Varlin.
The centuries-old chestnut forests invite for strolls, where one can sit on a bench, take in breath-taking views of the spectacular mountain peaks, and allow for those powerful moments of self-reflection where one experiences the divinity within.
The Itinerary
Participants must arrive at their designated hotel in Val Bregaglia, Switzerland, latest on Saturday, July 16, 2022. The Immersive will begin on Sunday, July 17 and conclude on Saturday, July 23, 2022.
Included in your registration amount
- Daily sessions with Maharishikaa Preeti.
- Training in PreetiYoga exercises, and movements.
- Seven nights accommodation on twin sharing basis. Females with females and males with males. (An exception will be made for families with children sixteen years and under). Single occupancy rooms are available on a limited basis at an additional cost.
- Bath towels and bed linen.
- Nutritious vegetarian meals, cooked with love by our team (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Snacks and tea during session breaks. Natural mountain spring drinking water.
Excluded from the registration amount:
- Visas and Flight tickets.
- Transfers to and from Val Bregaglia.
- Travel, and all other related Insurance.
- Additional food and drinks.
- Yoga mats.
- Anything not mentioned in the included list.
Children: To know the extras for children under 18 traveling with you, please write to us at swissdesk@maharishikaa.org. Please make sure to provide your child’s name and age. Currently we cannot provide babysitting services, however, parents are welcome to organize things between themselves.
Attention: Your registration is binding. We cannot – under any circumstances – refund your Registration Amount! If for some reason you cannot make the trip, you’re welcome to transfer your registration to another person above the age of eighteen. Or, we would much appreciate your donation to make Maharishikaa Preeti’s work available to others.
